Loretta J Brewer

Loretta J. Brewer,96 or Anaheim California passed away on October 18, 2020.

Loretta was born in Benton, Wisconsin to John F. and Margaret Meloy on June 5,1924. She retired from the Fullerton School District after many years.

She loved to cook, bake, crochet and spend time with her family. Loretta had a great fondness for German Shepherd dogs raising four of them from pups.  Proud of her Irish heritage, she could still do an Irish jig in her 80's.  A big fan of John Wayne, she demonstrated his famous strut at her 90th birthday party.

Loretta is survived by four sons and two daughters-in-law, John Brewer and Carol of Santee, Ca., Bob Brewer and Priscilla of Riverside, Ca, Tom Brewer of Wyoming, MN and Jim Brewer and fiance Lori Kelly of St.George,Utah as well as 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by husband Harold (Bill) Brewer, daughter Kathi Hlavac of Flagstaff.AZ and son William (Scott) Brewer of Concord,Ca.

A family memorial is planned.
