Judie (Blake) Dutton finally graduated to "Top Angel" status. Born in Germantown, Pennsylvania on March 4, 1935 to Lorna and Jack Pratt, she later moved to Atlantic City where Lorna remarried Harry Blake. Her mom, dad, and son, Frederick pre-deceased her. She is survived by her son, Jerry Weinhofer living in Pennsylvania; sister, Marsha Blake and one grandson, Frederick Jr. both of whom live in California. She was an angel to everyone in her life because she was full of warmth, kindness and generosity. Her commitment to those beneath and above her was extraordinary. She was an employer's dream, intelligent, and such a hard worker.
As her sister, she was always there for me when I needed her. In fact, she was like a mother, best friend, as well as a loving sister.
Judie had a great sense of humor which came in handy at the nursing home where she lived at for the last 22 years. She treated everyone equal and loved each and everyone there. She would even sing for them when they asked her to sing. One of her favorite songs was "You are my sunshine".
Always a fighter, I had every confidence she would defeat her illness. She did just that for the past 29 years. Even her doctor couldn't believe her strength. She finally gave up and decided it was Memorial Day that she would give up fighting, so everyone would remember her.
