Elianne Blanche Mendoza

Elianne B Mendoza, 87, of Huntington Beach died Monday, November 12, 2018 with her daughter and God-daughter, Elaine Ellsworth, by her side.  She was the wife of the late Manuel M. Mendoza.  They were married on February 6, 1965 and shared 48 years together until his passing in 2013. 

Born in Rhode Island, she was the daughter of Maria Latour. She moved to Huntington Beach in 1973.

She was a longtime communicate of St. Bonaventure Church.  Elianne loved to line dance and enjoyed going to 24 Hour Fitness. She was a member of the Senior Center and the Red Hats.  For nearly forty years, she played bunco every month with the same group of ladies. She also loved to travel and spend time with her family. 

She is survived by her daughter Lisa Morris and her grandchildren Kaitlin, Matthew and Ashley.

Her service will be held at one o’clock on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Good Shepard Cemetery, Huntington Beach, with Luncheon at residence following the service.
