Maria Gilda Garcia

Maria “Gilda” Garcia, aka GiGi to her friends, went to be with our Lord and join her mother, Rita Cruz Garcia.  She was born September 19, 1952, in San Antonio, Texas.  She died of a massive stroke and passed away on November 25, 2017.  She was a loving, beautiful, generous daughter, sister, aunt,  cousin, and friend with a heart of gold, a wonderful sense of humor, and a brilliant smile.  She had a love for art, travel, and a zest for life. She is survived by her father, David A. Garcia, Sr.,  brothers David A. Garcia, Jr., Richard R. Garcia, Hector R. Garcia, sisters Rita T. Garcia, Patricia R. Garcia, four nieces, three great-nephews, and a great niece.  Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 2, 2:00 p.m., at the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club, 1601 Bayside Dr., Corona Del Mar, CA, 92625.
