I only knew Frederic professionally, but I can tell you that that he was the most kind, supportive, gentle, caring professional one could imagine. In his work as a notary, he told me he often dealt with people in crisis, as we were with my best friend Tom facing death in the hospital. Frederic was extremely patient, extremely solicitous, and treated each of us as if we were all members of his family sharing bits of his own experience, both professionally and personally with us to help us through our crisis. He was as much a minister as he was anything else. God bless your Fred and keep you in his Tender Care.

Thank you Fred, for being such a wonderful, important part of my childhood. I won't soon forget the many kindnesses you showed me when we were young. I was honored to have been your cousin and to call you family. I know that you touched a great many lives, including my own and you will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace Fred.
