I just wanted to thank you for your kindness and professionalism in helping my husband and I begin to make plans for final arrangments. You made the process very comfortable and took the fear out of it.
My husband and I had already talk about final arragements, so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted when we first met with you. On the first meeting, you made is feel at easr as you really got to know us. We spent a lot of time laughing.
When we met with you again to actually make the arrangments, you were well prepared and the process was simple. I can't tell you how much relief I felt once that was completed. Doing that gave me incentive to finish up our wills and other financial papers. We are now well prepared.
I fully believe that everyone should at least talk about final arrangements and wishes. You make that process very easy and I thank you for what you have done for my family.

My father recently passed away and because of my long familiarity with your services and the Gallaghers, I contacted you within 30 minutes of hearing of my father's passing. Our wishes were speedily met and my father was expeditiously transported to your facility. Several hours later my mother, younger brother and I met with Khari, who was most helpful and met our expectations in every way. Dad's wishes were met and all our anxieties melted away under Khari's gracious counsel. Literally, all matters were concluded within one hour and we left feeling so content, only awaiting the things that take time, the cremation and the legalities of the death certificate. Approximately one week later, we were contacted by Dr. Mary Redecki, who met with my mother in her home. My mother was very comfortable with Mary, so much so that she felt she had known her all her life by the end of the meeting! She gave useful advice about difficult matters, suggested grievance counseling group participation and truly bonded with my mother as both women had husbands from Ohio. I cannot adequately praise the experience my family had with Heritage Memorial Services. Thank you all so much!
